You might need to either retrain or replace your receptionist altogether. Extremely unfriendly and can't be bother to answer my queries. E.g. How much is your invisiline package? "$4500 onwards." (continues to look down at whatever was under the counter) When queried more about the package, she seemed annoyed, all the time not looking up at us. Decided to leave than be served by someone who seems unwilling to attend us. I'm not sure I would trust a dentist where the first person (receptionist) attending to us can't be bothered with their customers/patients.
