Very poor experience. Paid almost 3k for a phone. Bought Samsung care + additionally. Within a few months the paint peeling off. Brought it to samsung. They accepted it as a warranty flaw and agreed to replace housing. Was supposed to be completed in a day. Still no update. Called thier helpline, unhelpful. Samsung customer and warranty service is really poor. Used a OPPO flip previously. Staff were always prompt and even after 2 years warranty expired, replaced screen on the spot. Not days of waiting. Not the kind of service you expect when you are charged 3k plus for a flagship phone. More than 2 days to do a simple housing change? With everything from banking to trading via digital token, this makes life come to a stop, and huge financial losses. Avoid buying a Samsung.
