Step into More at Bedok Mall, 勿洛商场, runs from 15 October to 6 November 2026, both days included. CapitaLand's terms name this run an Extension. The first round was 14 August to 13 September. Same mall, same thresholds. Spend S$120 in a day at participating retail stores and a S$10 eCapitaVoucher is supposed to land in the CapitaStar app. Spend S$80 at participating F&B and you get S$5. You can stack both on the same day. You cannot do this without a CapitaStar account, and you cannot do it on a random Visa that is not linked in the app.
The mall sits at 311 New Upper Changi Road, Singapore 467360, on top of Bedok MRT and the bus interchange. If you already come here for FairPrice, the library next door, or the new Tesla corner at #01-02, this is the same building. The campaign is not an atrium carnival. There is no mascot meet-and-greet on the official page. It is a spend-and-credit mechanic that only pays if the transaction hits CapitaStar the right way.
Little Big Red Dot filed the extension on 13 October 2026 and matched the official numbers. CapitaLand's terms cap the retail voucher at the first 90 eligible shoppers a day. The F&B voucher is the first 60. Those numbers are small for a mall that eats the east-side lunch crowd. If you turn up at 7pm on a Saturday after dinner at A&W, the daily pool can already be gone. The app is also not real-time about remaining stock. CapitaLand says so on the campaign page in one blunt line.
Payment has to be an Eligible Payment Method, linked before you tap. That means eCapitaVoucher already in the wallet, a Mastercard credit or debit card linked on CapitaStar, DBS or POSB cards and PayLah! with the CapitaStar account linked in PayLah!, ShopBack Pay, or Kris+. DBS/POSB Mastercard holders have to link on both apps. Pay first, link later, and the spend will not count. Transactions that register on CapitaStar before 10am do not qualify either. That rule is easy to miss if you shop the minute the shutters go up.
Same-day receipts can be combined if each one is at least S$20. A S$12 drink and a S$110 Uniqlo bag will not add up, because the drink falls under S$20. Two S$60 receipts at participating shops on the same day will. The credit can take up to 7 working days. Do not stand at the concierge asking for a paper voucher. The eCapitaVoucher then expires 90 days after it is issued. CapitaLand will not extend it because you forgot it was there.
The participating list is long and specific. On the retail side it includes Uniqlo at B1-26 to 28, Challenger Mobile, Guardian, Watsons, BEST, KKV, MINISO, Popular, Skechers, Goldheart, The Body Shop, and Xiaomi. On the F&B side it includes A&W at 01-05 to 08, Sushiro at B1-10, McDonald's at 01-10 to 11, Starbucks, Swensen's, Dian Xiao Er, Paradise Hotpot, MOS Burger, Ya Kun, and Toast & Roll by Swee Heng. A&W is the new orange box on Level 1. If you were going to try it anyway, this is the window where an S$80 meal ticket can throw a S$5 voucher on top, provided you are still inside the first 60 that day.
FairPrice Finest does not count. CapitaLand's exclusion list names Cold Storage, CS Fresh, NTUC FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice XTRA, and Giant. Cinema tickets and cinema snacks are out. So are AXS and SAM bill payments, parking coupons, gift cards, stored-value top-ups, pawn shops, money changers, clinics, dental, pushcarts, temporary roadshows, and orders paid on a restaurant's own table-ordering app. UOB Mastercard via Apple Pay is also out. The supermarket rule is the one that hurts in this mall, because a lot of Bedok trips are groceries plus one shop. The groceries will not pull you over the S$120 line.
Each member can take at most one S$10 retail voucher and one S$5 F&B voucher per day. Tenant staff in the mall are not eligible. The top five spenders across the whole period get 500,000 STAR$ each and are contacted after 6 November. That is a lottery for people who were already going to spend heavily. It is not a reason to inflate a receipt.
CapitaLand's events listing for Bedok Mall still shows nothing when you open it. The live page is the Step into More microsite, not the empty What's On grid. Bedok Mall's Facebook also pointed at the same URL for 15 October to 6 November. There is no confirmed 2026 Christmas atrium on the official site yet. Last year's Mofusand festive-hours tables are still hanging around as 24 and 25 December 2025 leftovers. Do not treat those as this year's light-up.
If you want the voucher, go after 10am, pay on a linked method, skip FairPrice, and keep each receipt at S$20 or more. Uniqlo plus Watsons is a cleaner path than supermarket plus a snack. Eat at A&W or Sushiro on a separate F&B ticket if you want the S$5 as well. Check the CapitaStar activity screen the same evening. If a spend shows up a day late, the terms say it can still count on the day it lands in the system, which can shove your S$120 into tomorrow's pool. That is annoying. It is also written down.
